About Asset Advisor
You can subscribe the devices that are critical for your business to Asset Advisor to ensure you get expert assistance for monitoring those devices closely in case critical alarms.

The Schneider Electric Service Bureau will remotely monitor all connected physical infrastructure devices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week enabling remote troubleshooting for quick resolution of critical incidents.

Incidents are automatically created and tracked, providing easy access to real-time incident status, incident history and chat history.
- Real-time notifications on your smartphone
The EcoStruxure IT app gives you an instant overview of your sensor data and alarms.

Share more to get more. Connect one device to Asset Advisor and you will get analytics and alarms for that device. Connect all devices in your data center and you will get predictive analysis and be able to benchmark with connected data centers worldwide.
Subscribe devices to Asset Advisor
Before you can subscribe to Asset Advisor, you must install and setup the EcoStruxure IT Gateway and EcoStruxure IT mobile app. You can do that by creating an account and registering your organization here.
To subscribe your device(s)
You buy credits from a partner or reseller. Each device costs 365 credits for one year. You need enough credits in your wallet for each device you want to subscribe.
Once you buy credits, you'll get an email with a license. Go to https://app.ecostruxureit.com/manage and use the license key to redeem your credits in your wallet.
You subscribe your devices to Asset Advisor in the device list. Select the devices you want to subscribe and click Upgrade to Premium... .
Note: The Upgrade to Premium... and Move to... buttons are not activated until you select at least one device.
Once you have completed the subscription process, Asset Advisor features will be available immediately. You will see an green crown icon next to your subscribed devices.
Renew Asset Advisor service
Automatic renewal is always on by default for subscribed assets. You can manually turn off auto renewal at each subscribed asset one at a time. You cannot turn off auto renewal for multiple subscribed assets all at once.
When auto renewal is ON
If you have enough credits to renew all your subscribed assets, your coverage continues automatically at the end of your subscription term.
If you do not have enough credits to renew all your subscribed assets:
No assets will be renewed if you have 0 credits.
Some assets will be will renewed, chosen at random, up to the number of credits you have.
You will not receive an email notification or phone call about your renewal status at this time. Notifications will be available in the future. The Service Bureau can see the number of credits you have and the expiration dates for your subscribed assets.
When auto renewal is OFF
Your subscription term will continue until it expires. There is an option to Start Auto Renewal.
When an asset is under Advantage Contract or Factory Warranty, auto renewal is not available. Your coverage will continue as long as your contract is current.
